Working within the care industry we was able to see the faults. But are unable to make any changes due to the manager not allowing us to impliment the changes required. So by starting our own care agency we will be able to impliment these and make recieving care easier and more affordable.

To enable us to start our own care agency we need funding. We have all the policies and procedures in place. We require funding to be able to apply to the CQC, obtain office space, to be able to obtain a staff base and purchase all relevant equipment. the more funding we recieve the bigger impact we can make into this sector.

We are looking to make the world of care better for the elderly generation aswell as our staff. We believe we have a responsibility to help others and we are dedicated into making the golden years of life easier. With the up to date policies and procedures and better training for our staff willl make life easier for those who require care.

I am currently disabled and care for my disabled daughter by supporting us in our venture we are able to give back to the community.

We aim to provide a better and cheaper service making care availible for all that need it.

We are aiming to raise £25,000 to go towards the start up costs of the company.
